Are your products safe for my children?

All our products carry the prestigious ASTM F963-17 certification, which signifies that they conform to the latest standards pertaining to materials, chemical composition, safety during use, and durability. It's important to note that this certification is exclusively applicable to products explicitly designed for use by children.

What is your warranty policy?

Our warranty policy is 30 days from the date of purchase.

Can I use more than one promo code?

Only one promotional code can be applied per order. Nonetheless, if you possess multiple promo codes, we recommend experimenting with each one to determine which yields the greatest savings. Can I add/cancel my existing order?

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse in Canada is located in Richmond BC, Canada. Our standard practice is ship every order within 2 business days.

How much are the shipping fees?

We're pleased to offer $9.99 flat shipping fee (Standard Speed) for order below $99. For express service, it will vary depending on your city of residence and total weight of your order. The actual cost can be found at our checkout page.

How long does shipping take?

Our warehouse requires 2 business days for order preparation, assuming all items are readily available. Please note that pre-orders may necessitate additional time for preparation, and you can discover the estimated delivery timeframe on the product page itself.

Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification along with a tracking number. The delivery duration typically varies between 2 to 10 business days, contingent upon your city of residence and delivery method.

Canada: We currently ship to anywhere in Canada except for Nunavut.
