Free Shipping on orders over $99 to US & CANADA!
Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders that total $99 and above (some exclusions apply). Sub-total of order must be greater than or equal to $99 after discounts/coupons are applied.
All orders are shipped from Canada. Consequently, it's important to note that import duties and local taxes may be applicable to your order. These charges will be assessed by the third-party carrier upon the arrival of your order in the US. Please be aware that these charges are the responsibility of the customer and should be covered accordingly.
Shipping Service and Details
- Shipping is only available within Canada and US.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of any return package if the package is rejected for any reason or the provided shipping address is undeliverable.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
- Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1-3 business days from the date of purchase for your order to process before shipping.
- All orders will be shipped either via CANPAR, CANADA POST or UPS.
- For an additional cost, we offer Priority Shipping within Canada. Once your order has processed, you should expect to receive shipment within 2 to 4 business days.
Shipping Rate
To obtain an approximation of the shipping costs associated with your order, follow these steps:

Enter your shipping information during the checkout process.

Notably, you won't be required to input payment information at this stage; the shipping fee will be visible prior to reaching the payment step.
It's important to understand that the shipping charges reflect what we incur from our third-party carriers. Given that a substantial portion of our product range consists of solid wood items, they tend to be heavier compared to some other toys and furniture. Additionally, many of our products are packaged in large, oversized boxes, which can contribute to higher shipping costs.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided for package(s) at the time of shipment. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier’s website (e.g. UPS or USPS) to check the status of your shipment. If you have created an account with Kinderhood you may also log into your account, and click on your order under “Order History” to view the tracking number.
Missing or Late Packages
If you have not received your package, and the tracking information states the order has been delivered, please try the following:
- Be sure to check everywhere around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes will leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places such as your patio, in front of your garage, behind a bush, or your porch.
- You may also call or visit your local post office or UPS with the tracking number. Your local post office or UPS will be able to ask the carrier where the package may have been left.
- If the tracking information show the item was returned to us, please email support@kinderhood.ca for further assistance.
Late Packages may be due to:
- Incorrect address
- Payment Delay or Issue
- CANPAR, UPS or CANADA POST failure to deliver, e.g. severe weather conditions
- Any changes made to the order after submitting an order
